You won’t need much, just what comes with the wii, but getting a charging station is a must if you want to save money on batteries. You don’t need a memory card, but if you plan on downloading a lot of channels/extra games onto your Wii, then an SD card made specially for the wii will be necessary. For certain games, you’ll need a Nunchuk, of which if there is multiplayer on the game you might need two Nunchuks.

Some games come with the Wii Accessories, the game needs, such as Guitar Hero or Dance Dance Revolution, but some games you download will require the Classic Controller or the Gamecube Controller, both of which are sold separately (in the case of the Gamecube, not at all).

There’s also a Wii Speak accessory, but if you don’t have any friends with that, then it’s useless to you, because you need friend codes to use this, most of the time. The only games compatible with this are one game I can’t remember the name of, and Animal Crossing City Folk, both of which need friend codes for any multiplayer, I believe.
